That was the point halftime speech of Marc Trestman Sunday night undoubtedly what to say at the right time for a team the Chicago Bears against the ropes.
For much of the first half, the Bears seemed to be willing to play the role of useful idiots back home as the San Francisco 49ers staged its first regular-season game in sparkling Levi Stadium - complete with a who's who ROLL 49ers DE legends.
The Bears had a punt blocked on their first possession to set up a quick touchdown. They collected two 49ers gifts and did not produce a single point. They rummaged waste another possession that left in punt zone. Shortstop. Fast annotation.
It was 17-0, with a waiting mini-concert Snoop Dogg in the wings.
Trestman said, "We have our own way."
However, the bears were actually OK.

A party does not make a season - unless it's the way Chicago finished last season, blowing the division title with a defeat last minute to Green Bay - but the Bears stopped Stadium Levi with a gut check one 28-20 victory that could go a long way toward erasing the bitter taste left from a merger of a season-opening loss to the Buffalo Bills.
Time will tell for sure, but maybe the Bears have discovered the art of seizing opportunities.
